At Anna Sui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
